Next add vinegar to aquafaba and then whisk it until it becomes frothy. 4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix. 5. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry. 7.
